ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: fairfight.com, including all website-related content and services (the “Site”), is jointly provided by Fair Fight and Fair Fight Action, two separate Georgia nonprofit corporations (collectively referred to as “Fair Fight,” “Us,” “We,” “Our”) subject to your agreement to comply with the Terms of Use (“Terms”). Your access to and use of this Site is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who access and use this Site. Enforcement of User Content or conduct articulated in these Terms is at Fair Fight’s sole discretion and failure to enforce does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce in the future. Fair Fight reserves the right to remove, at any time, any User Content we find in violation of these Terms or otherwise objectionable by our sole discretion.
JURISDICTION
These terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the State of Georgia, U.S.A., and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state of Georgia. Should any part of these terms be deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you agree that any claim or cause of action arising from or related to the use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year in a court in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A.
