Fair Fight Announces Endorsement of Incumbent Mayor Van R. Johnson
SAVANNAH — Fair Fight announced today their endorsement of incumbent Mayor Van R. Johnson for reelection. Mayor Johnson previously served as the District 1 Alderman for 16 years prior to winning his mayoral runoff election in 2019 by a landslide.
“Fair Fight is proud to endorse Mayor Van Johnson for re-election, and we thank him for his already-proven track record of fighting for the voting rights of all Savannah residents,” said Fair Fight Political Director Nicole Robinson. “Mayor Johnson is the clear and only choice in this election. We are confident that he will continue to serve as a champion for both protecting and expanding access to the ballot for all eligible Savannah Voters.
