ATLANTA — Today, Senator Kim Jackson, Representative Matthew Wilson, Representative Jasmine Clark, Representative Rebecca Mitchell, and Representative Sam Park held a press conference in which they responded to Brian Kemp’s repeated reference to a non-existent “AIDS vaccine,” calling for full Medicaid expansion to address Georgia’s HIV/AIDS epidemic.
